Thanksgiving is around the corner. I cannot be more excited. This year I’m spending it with my family in the sunny state of Florida. It’s beyond beautiful there. You may already have your menu all set by now but if you are still looking for some recipes, here are my favorite Thanksgiving recipes with some European twists:

    That sourdough and mushroom stuffing is CALLING to me. All these recipes sounds amazing though! But that stuffing, sans bacon, might just make my table tomorrow.

    These all look delicious! I’d love to try those Mahon-Menroca Pinwheels with Fig Jam & Serrano Ham & that Spanish rice looks great! These will make a nice menu.
