Baby Pork Ribs | Stock | Carrots Parsnips | Leeks | Celery Potatoes | Pickles | Allspice Bay Leaves | Parsley | Flour Dill | Butter | Sour Cream Boullion | Brine | Salt & Pepper
Place baby ribs in a pot and cover with stock. Add leeks, parsnips, carrots, celery, potatoes & seasonings. Cook until meat is cooked and veggies are soft.
In a separate pan melt butter & add shredded pickles. Cook for about 5 min. Add water to cover the pickles and cook for 15 min. Once everything is soft, add pickles to the broth.
Add cream & flour and mix together.
Add dill and serve immediately.
