Blond Chocolate-Dipped Pistachio Financier is an amazing dessert which uses this decadent, super unique Blond Chocolate and a silky French butter.
Egg Whites | Brown Sugar Confectioner's Sugar | Flour Almond Meal | Butter Pistachios | Heavy Cream Blond Dulcey 32% Chocolate Orleys 35% Chocolate
MAKE BATTER Brown the butter and pour through a fine strainer. Next, mix the egg whites with sugars and salt until smooth, then fold in flour, almond meal, ground pistachios and baking powder.
BAKE Stir in the brown butter and refrigerate the batter for at least 30 minutes. Brush mini muffin tins with butter, add chopped pistachios and some batter and bake until golden brown.
MELT CHOCOLATE Bring heavy cream to a boil, then pour it over the Blonde Dulcey chocolate and mix well. Once the cakes are cool, dip each one into the chocolate.
Top with Orleys Chocolate and some pistachios. Enjoy!
