All-Purpose Flour | Milk Baking Powder | Cinnamon Egg | Sugar | Apple Coconut Oil | Maple Syrup
PREPARE Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate bowl beat sugar and eggs until fluffy.
COMBINE Gradually add the flour mixture and milk to the egg and sugar mixture, then fold in the cubed apples.
COOK Heat the oil and scoop the batter into the pan, then cook on each side until golden brown.
SERVE Serve the pancakes with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or both.
