Fennel | Cherry Tomatoes Olive Oil | Salt | Pepper
Cut off the top and bottom of the fennel. Cut it in half, then quarters. Remove the core and outer leaves and slice into 1/4 inch pieces.
Spread the fennel on the sheet pan then add halved cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Add olive oil, and then place pan into the oven for about 40-45 minutes, mixing it once in a while.
