Flour | Milk | Butter | Salt Onion | Oil | Fresh Mushrooms Porcini Mushrooms | Sauerkraut
For the Filling Soak the dried mushrooms overnight, then cook in the water it soaked in. Rinse and cook sauerkraut in a separate pot. Saute onions and mushrooms until soft.
Once all the ingredients are cooked, add to the food processor and process until finely chopped but not mushy. Then season and cook for a few more minutes.
For the Dough Pour the flour on a counter, add a pinch of salt. Make a little hole in the middle and add milk and butter. Add a little water at the same time and work the dough to form a ball.
Once done, cover it with a big bowl and let rest. Roll the dough until thin, then cut into circles. Fill, seal, and place in boiling water to cook 8 at a time. Let them come to the surface and boil 1 min more.
Serve Immediately or freeze for later.
