EUROPEAN BREAKFAST ROLLS

European Breakfast Rolls are a real homemade treat. They require a little kneading and a little patience but the work is all worth it.

Ingredients

Starter Warm Milk | Yeast  Bread Flour | Sugar Dough Bread Flour | Salt Egg | Butter | Starter Warm Milk

For yeast starter:  Add milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and your yeast to r a bowl and mix well; Set aside for 30-40 minutes until it doubles in size;

Add flour and 2 tsp of salt to your bowl; Then beat one egg & add 2Tbs of melted butter. Add egg, butter & yeast to the flour, mix.

Add warm milk until moistened Knead  for about  10 min   Let rise in a warm place for an hour.

Form into rolls, make a cut mark on each one. Let rise for another hour, until fluffy. Bake for 20-25 min.
