Skinless Chicken Thighs Garlic | Cumin | Coriander Cardamom | Paprika | Cayenne Salt & Pepper | Lemon | Olive Oil
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken in a large Ziploc bag. Marinate in the fridge for at least 12 hours and as long as 24 hours.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5-7 min on each side. Flip it a few times during cooking. It is done when the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve it with a side salad, pita bread, and tzatziki sauce.
