Kielbasa and Cabbage come together to form a perfect Polish summer hunter's stew. It's made from young cabbage, that is at its peak at the beginning of the summer.
Cabbage | Kielbasa | Carrot Onion | Olive Oil | Dill Tomato Paste | Bay Leaf Caraway Seeds | Flour Vegetable Broth
COOK VEGETABLES Cook the onion in olive oil until translucent. Then mix in shredded carrot, chopped cabbage, broth, tomato paste, caraway seeds, and a bay leaf. Cook for about 20 minutes.
COOK KIELBASA Next, heat olive oil in a skillet and cook sliced kielbasa until golden brown. Then add it to the cabbage.
In a separate pan, cook flour for 2 minutes, then mix in oil and broth. Add it to the cabbage and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve with dill.
