Creamy mushroom sauce made with both wild, dried porcini mushrooms and your choice of fresh mushrooms, makes for an irresistible sauce that can be added to any pasta dish, chicken, or steak.
Dry Porcini Mushrooms | Onion Ghee | Portabella Mushrooms Baby Bella Mushrooms White Wine | Creme Fresh Parsley | Salt | Pepper
PREPARE Soak the wild dried mushrooms in water for 15 minutes, then cook until they are soft.
COOK MUSHROOMS Sauté onions in butter, add Portabello mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add Baby Bella mushrooms and cook a little longer.
ADD WINE Next, add Shitake mushrooms and cooked porcini mushrooms and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Then pour over the wine and cook until all the mushrooms are soft.
Season with salt and pepper, then add creme fresh, parsley and serve immediately.
