TURKEY BURGER W/ BAYONNE HAM

& BRIE CHEESE

This Turkey Burger with Bayonne Ham and Brie Cheese will surely become a summer favorite. The burger is light and juicy.

Ingredients

Ground Turkey | Bread  Parmesan | Worcestershire Parsley | Onion & Garlic Powder Paprika | Salt  Caramelized Onions | Mustard Aioli Bayonne Ham | Brie Cheese Buns | Lettuce

Heat up your pan, add butter, olive oil, sliced onions, and salt & pepper. Cook on low 45 min to an hour (mixing often), until your onions are caramelized.

Soak your bread in milk and remove the crust. Add turkey, egg, Parmesan, parsley & spices into a big bowl and mix. Form 4 patties and set aside.

Make the aioli by mixing mayonnaise with both mustards and pepper. Do not add salt. Cook your burgers on each side for about 5-7 min.

Cook the Bayonne ham on tin foil on the grill next to the burgers. Top burgers with caramelized onions & sliced brie, let it melt. Add aioli, lettuce, and top it with crispy Bayonne ham.
