As one of the most popular French street foods, French crepes are not as complicated to make as they may sound. For this easy recipe, the blender does most of the job.

Ingredients

- Eggs - Milk - Flour - Butter - Water

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth; Place in fridge.

Heat up a pan; brush with butter and ladle batter into  the pan, swirl to fill.

Cook for about a minute. Using a spatula, flip and cook the other side.

Enjoy as-is or use fillings such as Nutella, Peanut butter, banana, Whipped cream and strawberries or Ham and Cheese.
