With Asparagus

TURKEY MEATBALLS ALFREDO PASTA 

Turkey Meatballs Alfredo Pasta with Asparagus  is a perfect midweek dinner, for nights when you’re short on time but still want to make your family a hearty meal. 

Ingredients

Ground Turkey | Eggs  Bread Crumbs | Onion | Parmesan | Parsley  Worcestershire Sauce Seasoning | Flour | Oil Alfredo Sauce | Pasta

Combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, parsley,  Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix with a fork. Form into small meatballs.

Cover meatballs in Wondra flour. Brown the meatballs in hot oil.

Prepare your asparagus spears by cutting off all the tough ending parts. Then cut the spears into smaller pieces.

Add Alfredo sauce to meatballs - cook for about 10 min until the cooked through. Cook pasta and add asparagus at the end. Drain both. Stir everything together.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
