Onions | Potatoes | Olive Oil Smoked Paprika | Albacore Tuna Wine | Parsley | Peppers | Stock Tomatoes | Black Pepper
Heat up oil, add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic, and peppers, cook until they begin to soften.
Add white wine and cook until reduced by half. Then mix in hot & sweet smoked paprika. Grate tomatoes and add broken potatoes.
Add vegetable stock and cook until potatoes are cooked. Add seasoning and stir in tuna, sprinkle with parsley & drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Serve with crusty bread.
