SHAKSHUKA It is simply a bell pepper with tomato dish, with eggs poached in. It’s so simple and yet so amazing.  Actually, Divine!

Ingredients

Onion Red Bell Pepper Garlic Chopped Tomatoes Spicy Harrisa Eggs Sugar Parsley Olive Oil Salt & Pepper

Heat oil in pan. Cook Onions & Peppers, add garlic.

Make 4 indentations and add an egg  to each.

Cover and cook until eggs are set. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serve with pita & enjoy!

This is one of my favourite things to make for brunch. It’s always great for feeding a crowd too.
