This is a low-carb, easy to prepare and flavorful dish that combines: boneless pork chops, white wine, garlic, herbs, and cream. It can be ready in as little as 30 minutes.

Pork Chops
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Bacon | Flour | White Wine
Heavy Cream | Garlic | Thyme
Ghee | Salt & Pepper
Dissolve salt into water and bring to room temperature; add pork chops and brine for at least half-hour.Meanwhile, cut up bacon and cook on low heat until crispy for about 5 min. set aside.
Wash, dry & cut the mushrooms. Add to a pan with hot ghee. Let it sit in hot pan for 5 min. Then, add salt & pepper and cook for 2-3 min. Remove from the pan.
Season the pork then cover in flour and sear for 3-4 minutes each side. Set aside.Add garlic and thyme to the same pan, then deglaze with white wine. Add cream, mix and let cook for 2 more minutes; season to taste.
