“A simple batter makes perfect crepes. Stuff them up with sliced ham and melted cheese, and you’ll be immediately transported to a French street corner.

Ingredients

Flour Milk Eggs Butter Ham & Cheese

Ingredients

Mix crepe ingredients in blender, refrigerate.

Pour  batter on a pan and swirl around, cook until done.

Flip and  cook other side.

Add ham and cheese, fold and cook until cheese melts.

I love savory crepes!  It makes me feel totally justified in having pancakes for every meal! And these flavors are classic for a reason–totally a keeper!”
