Roasted in a very flavorful liquid made from chicken broth, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and dry oregano. This is a perfect side dish for a quiet night of Greek food at home.

Ingredients

Russet Potatoes Chicken Broth Olive Oil Lemon Juice Garlic Oregano Semolina Salt

Peel & cut potatoes,  place in baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

Bake until slightly crispy.
