French Salad Dressing is super simple, requires just a few natural ingredients and can be put together in less than 5 minutes.
Shallots | White Wine Vinegar Olive Oil | Dijon Mustard Salt | Pepper
Peel and finely chop the shallot and add it to a jar. Add vinegar & olive oil.
Add the dijon mustard, salt and black pepper.
OPTIONAL Add Maple syrup to balance out acidity.
Put the lid on the jar and mix well. You can use it immediately or it can be kept in a refrigerator for about a week.
