Baked Eggs in Tomato Spinach Cream Sauce is a full meal packed into a ramekin. It's a low-fuss dinner with little prep work, making it a go-to for busy nights.

Ingredients

Olive Oil | Garlic | Spinach Crushed Tomatoes | Eggs | Salt Italian Seasoning | Heavy Cream Red Pepper Flakes | Parmesan Toasted Bread | Pepper | Parsley

simmer sauce Cook the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until the garlic is fragrant. Then add crushed tomatoes and water and bring to a simmer.

finish sauce Add spinach and cook until it's wilted then stir in the cream. Next, place the toasted bread in a baking dish and pour the tomato cream sauce over the top.

add the eggs Make two shallow wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into them. Then season and pour the remaining cream over the eggs.

bake Bake until the egg whites are set. Then garnish with cheese and parsley.
