Moroccan Spiced Beef Stew is a wonderful comfort food. It’s best appreciated during the cold winter days when dishes like stews, soups, and sauces simmer forever and make the house smell amazing!
Grassfed Beef | Pearl Onions Button Mushrooms | Carrots Prunes | Red Wine | Stock Ghee | Garlic | Tomato Paste Cumin | Cinnamon | Ginger Sweet Paprika | Flour | Parsley Salt & Pepper
Season the meat with salt and pepper and brown on each side. Once browned remove from the pot.
Add spices, and cook for a minute, then add tomato paste, garlic, mushrooms and pearl onions, and cook for 5 minutes. Add wine and let it cook a little longer.
Add meat back into the pot, along with the carrots and prunes. Pour in stock, cover and cook until the meat is tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
