CHICKEN KIEV

Chicken Kiev - a classic Eastern European breaded chicken cutlet stuffed with garlic and parsley compound butter

Ingredients

Butter | Garlic | Parsley  Salt & Pepper Chicken | Flour | Eggs Bread Crumbs | Oil

Mix the butter well with garlic, parsley, salt & pepper. roll into plastic wrap, & chill. 

Butterfly the chicken. Then, tenderize and season. 

Cut up butter. Place a couple pieces into each cutlet and wrap it up, like a burrito.

Bread the chicken.  Fry on each side until golden brown. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes.
