ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD

Antipasto Pasta Salad is like a combination of antipasto and pasta. It’s a stand-alone meal and can be enjoyed at lunches or potlucks, or it can be served up as an appetizer or side dish for dinner.

Ingredients

Pasta | Salami | Bologna Cherry Tomatoes | Mozzarella Green Olives | Roasted Peppers Artichoke Hearts | Basil Olive Oil | Maple Syrup | Salt Pepper | Apple Cider Vinegar 

cook pasta Boil the rotini pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.

prepare meats Next, cut up salami, bologna and mozzarella into small cubes.

make the salad Mix all the salad ingredients together, then mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and seasoning and pour over the pasta bowl.

mix together Mix everything well together and sprinkle with basil right before serving.
