French Salad with Brie and Pears is perfect when you want to eat a low carb meal without sacrificing on taste and nutrition. This salad is naturally gluten-free, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients

Butter Lettuce | Radishes French Green Beans Pear | Brie Cheese | Walnuts French Salad Dressing

COOK GREEN BEANS Bring water to a boil and cook French green beans until crispy.  Next, transfer the green beans to ice water, then dry off with a paper towel.

PREPARE SALAD Place the lettuce leaves in cold water to clean off the dirt, then dry them off in the salad dryer. Thinly chop the radishes, pears and brie cheese.

Mix lettuce, green beans, radishes, walnuts, pears, and brie together, then dress with a French Vinaigrette.
