MAKE MARINADE Whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and zest, chopped rosemary, pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
MARINATE CHICKEN Place the chicken in the baking dish and brush with the marinade. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
Add lemon slices, a squeeze of lemon and rosemary over the top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
