Romesco Sauce

Romesco Sauce, a famous Spanish sauce with roasted peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, almonds, bread, olive oil, vinegar, and Spanish Smoked Paprika. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

Bell Peppers | Roma Tomatoes Onion | Garlic | Almonds White Bread | Sweet Paprika Smoked Paprika | Olive Oil White Wine Vinegar

ROAST PEPPERS Place peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic on a baking sheet. Add olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roast until softened.

PREPARE Next, lightly brown almonds over medium heat. Then cook cubed bread until golden brown and peel the skins off the cooled vegetables.

BLEND Place the vegetables in a food processor, add almonds, bread, spices, and vinegar. Then process until smooth.

Adjust seasoning if needed, then store in a fridge for a couple of days or freeze for a few months.
