Ingredients

Potatoes | Farmer Cheese Garlic Powder | Onion | Milk Oil | Flour | Butter | Bacon Sour Cream | Salt | Pepper OPTIONAL Blue Cheese | Cheddar Cheese

MAKE FILLING Boil and mash the potatoes. Sauté onions until golden brown, then mix them into the potatoes with farmer cheese, spices, and any additional cheeses.

MAKE DOUGH To make the dough, place flour and salt on the counter, create a well, and add milk and butter. Gradually mix in water until a dough forms, then cover and let it rise for 20–30 minutes.

ADD FILLING Roll the dough thin, like pasta, and cut into circles. Place some filling in the center, wet one half of the circle, and seal it closed.

Boil salted water, and cook pierogi until they float. For a crispy finish, fry in oil or ghee until golden. Top with fried onions, crispy bacon, and sour cream.

Enjoy!
