Kotlety Mielone

Polish Meatballs

Polish Meatballs, or as they are known in Poland – “Kotlety Mielone,” are one of the most popular dishes in Poland and loved by everyone (especially kids). They are usually made with ground pork, but other ground meats can be used as well.

Ingredients

Ground Pork | Parsley | Eggs Rolls | Milk | Breadcrumbs Paprika | Garlic Powder Onion | Cooking Oil Salt | Pepper

PREPARE Soak the rolls in milk for 10-15 minutes. Then chop the onion into small pieces and sauté until translucent.

MEATBALL MIXTURE Mix the meat together with eggs, parsley,  breadcrumbs, cooked onions and seasoning. Then squeeze the milk out of the rolls and add to the mixture.

COOK MEATBALLS Form oval patties, then gently flatten and cover them in breadcrumbs. Cook in hot oil for 5 minutes per side. 

Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Then serve with potatoes and salad.
