Russet Idaho® Potatoes Butter | Olive Oil | Garlic Thyme | Rosemary Chicken Stock | Salt | Pepper
PREPARE POTATOES Place your potatoes in a bowl of water to remove excess starch, then pat them dry.
COOK Heat a skillet, add butter and olive oil and place the potatoes, flat side down. Cook until golden brown, then season and flip over.
BAKE Add in garlic and fresh herbs and pour over the stock. Then place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
SERVE Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve with your favorite protein.
