Bayonne Ham and Brie Cheese

This Turkey Burger with Bayonne Ham and Brie Cheese will surely become a summer favorite. The burger is light and juicy, topped with slices of melted Brie cheese, and crispy Bayonne Ham.

Ingredients

Ground Turkey | Bread | Egg Parmesan | Brie Cheese Bayonne Ham | Burger Buns Olive Oil | Onion | Lettuce Garlic Powder | Paprika | Butter Mayonnaise | Dijon Mustard

caramelize onions Start by cooking your onions low and slow until they are caramelized. Next, soak the bread in milk, then discard the crust and put the bread into a mixing bowl.

MAKE BURGER PATTIES Mix in the turkey meat, egg, Parmesan, parsley, and spices, and form into patties. Then make the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, mustard and pepper together.

GRILL BURGERS Spray the burgers with oil and grill on both sides, then top with caramelized onion and brie cheese and let it melt. Grill the Bayonne ham until crispy.

ASSEMBLE BURGER Add mustard aioli and lettuce on the buns. Then add the turkey burger with onions and cheese and top it with crispy Bayonne ham.
