Pasta Alla Vodka with Spicy Sausage is super delicious. The luscious, creamy sauce paired with the spiciness from the sausage, makes for an irresistible dish.
Dry Pasta | Garlic | Onion Olive Oil | Vodka Chopped Tomatoes | Cream Parmesan | Italian Sausage Oregano | Salt & Pepper
Cook onions until translucent. Add garlic & dry oregano and cook another minute. Add vodka, cook until almost evaporated. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper, cover and cook.
In a separate skillet, heat up oil. Cook sausage without casing until some pieces have crispy edges. Cook pasta according to instructions.
Once tomatoes are cooked, blend until smooth. Return to the pan, add cream, cook for 2-3 min. Turn off heat. Add Parmesan, adjust seasoning to taste.
Put everything together. Add sausage and pasta to the sauce and mix well.
