POLISH MEATBALLS 

(AKA KOTLETY MIELONE)

Polish Meatballs, or as they are known n in Poland – “Kotlety Mielone,” are one of the most popular dishes in Poland and loved by everyone (especially kids).

Ingredients

Ground Pork | Parsley | Eggs Onion | Dry Rolls | Milk Bread Crumbs | Salt  Pepper | Paprika Garlic Powder | Oil

Place your rolls or bread in a bowl, cover with milk and let soak for 10-15 minutes

Sautee chopped onions until translucent (about 5 min) Let them cool.

Add meat, eggs, parsley, breadcrumbs, seasoning, and cooled onions  to a bowl.  Squeeze the milk out of the bread and add. Gently mix and form into oval patties. 

Cover with breadcrumbs Heat oil in a fring pan. Once hot, add patties. Cook 5 min per side.  Place in a hot oven to finish cooking, if needed.

Serve with potatoes and salad
