The secret to this amazing Slow Roasted Chicken Leg Quarters recipe is to roast it low and slow and then finish it off on a high temperature, to crisp up the skin.

Ingredients

Chicken Leg Quarters  Salt | Pepper | Sweet Paprika Cooking Spray

Season Pat your chicken dry.  Season on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Time to Cook Place chicken on a prepared baking sheet and cover with foil.  Bake for about 1hr 30min.

Crisp Then raise the temperature of the oven and remove the foil. Roast until the skin is super crispy.

Serve Warm  Serve with any of your favorite sauces or sides, such as Tzatziki and Lemon Potatoes.
