Acorn & Butternut Squash Gratin

Two types of winter squashes, whole roasted garlic, chunks of potatoes and tons of Gruyere cheese that creates the most amazing topping.

Ingredients

Acorn Squash Butternut Squash Yellow Potatoes Garlic Onions Thyme& Nutmeg Milk Gruyere Cheese Olive Oil

Roast the garlic & prepare the squash.

Cook the potatoes, saute onions and add in herbs.

Layer squash in casserole pan, cover with milk & cheese . Bake.

Such a great recipe! I love the addition of potatoes AND squashes AND Gruyere! All that cheese…so good!
