CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

This Polish Cream of Mushroom Soup is super easy to make and delivers on flavor.

Ingredients

Butter | White Button Mushrooms | Leek | Onion Carrots | Celery | Potatoes Broth | Heavy Cream | Pepper 

The best trick to get your mushrooms clean is to peel them.  It will take few more minutes, but it's totally worth your effort.  Once peeled,  just slice.

Chop the leek, onion, potatoes carrots, and celery. Add veggies to the pot, pour the stock over, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes.

Blend the soup until soft. Add heavy cream and mix.   Then toast the croutons  and fry a few mushrooms  for garnish.

Serve and enjoy!
