These Cheesy Brussels Sprouts with Gruyere and Bacon are divine and will convert any Brussels Sprouts skeptic into an enthusiast.

Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts | Bacon Butter | Flour | Milk Gruyere Cheese | Nutmeg Salt | Pepper

roast Place Brussels Sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet, add chopped bacon, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes.

make the sauce Melt butter, add flour and mix well, then gradually start adding milk and mix the sauce until smooth and thick.

broil Turn off the heat and mix in cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Then pour over the Brussels Sprouts and top with cheese. Broil until bubbly and golden brown.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish and serve.
