POLISH RED BORSCHT

“Borscht –  authentic Polish soup,  is also known as  Barszcz Czerwony.  It’s a classic dish that is traditionally served on Christmas Eve.”

Ingredients

Beets Apples Carrots Celery Root Parsnips Leeks Dry Porcini  Mushrooms Garlic Parsley

Rehydrate mushrooms and cut veggies into chunks.

Place into pan & bring to a boil.

Add beets, apple and garlic.

Strain & serve.
