Brussels Sprouts Bacon Dried Cranberries Parsley Balsamic Reduction
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cut-up Brussels sprouts flat side down on a baking sheet.
Add cut-up bacon, salt, and pepper and lightly mix together.
Roast for 20 min. Mix after 5min. After 15 min flip Brussels Sprouts.
Remove from oven, place on a serving dish, sprinkle with cranberries, parsley, and drizzle with Balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
