Brown Sugar Pork Chops with Garlic and Herbs are as delicious as they sound. The sweet brown sugar sauce is perfectly balanced by garlic and dried herbs, like thyme and oregano.

Ingredients

Pork Chops | Brown Sugar Garlic | Oregano | Thyme Butter | Salt | Pepper BRINE Water | Kosher Salt Garlic | Balsamic Vinegar

BRINE Dissolve salt in warm water, allow to cool, then add the pork chops, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

SEAR CHOPS Pat the the pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Then sear on each side for about 3 minutes.

MAKE SAUCE Add butter, brown sugar, chopped garlic and herbs to the skillet. Then return the chops and smother them in the sauce.

Roast in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes, then let rest for a few minutes before serving.
