Scrambled Eggs with onions, prosciutto and mozzarella – a killer breakfast with an Italian twist.
Eggs | Prosciutto | Mozzarella Onion | Salt & Pepper
Melt butter in a non stick frying pan. Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 min.
Add prosciutto and cook until a little bit crispy. Mix eggs and pour over the onions and prosciutto, cook until almost set.
At the end add mozzarella cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
Serve immediately with a slice of fresh bread on the side.
