Burrata pasta recipe with orecchiette pasta and homemade lemon basil pesto sauce and cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 lbs Orecchiette Pasta dry
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Basil Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 Burrata Cheese Ball
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Pine Nuts


  • Cook pasta according to instructions in a pot of salted water;
  • Once cooked, rinse pasta under the cold water;
  • Wash and cut your cherry tomatoes in half;
  • Add pasta to the bowl, add pesto and mix well;
  • Add tomatoes and top pasta with Burrata Cheese;
  • Add roasted pine nuts on top and serve. Enjoy! 


You can use whatever pasta you want, but best is pasta that can hold the sauce.
