Preheat your grill on medium heat
In a small bowl mix together: shallot, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, Mirin, Molasas and lime juice.
Place each piece of salmon on a separate doubled sheet of tin foil (or one heavy duty piece),
Pour the mixture over each salmon
Close each tin foil to create individual packets
Place it on a hot grill. Closed the lid of the grill and let it cook for 20 minutes
Once cooked plate your salmon and garnish with green onions
Serve with rice and greens of your choice.
