Boulangere Potatoes

with rosemary & Gruyere

“This  Boulangere Potatoes recipe is very easy and requires only a  few simple ingredients

– Yukon Gold Idaho® Potatoes; -Onions & Garlic -Rosemary -Butter -Gruyere Cheese -Olive Oil - Seasonings

Ingredients

Sauté onions & garlic in butter.

Peel & thinly slice the potatoes.

Layer potatoes, onions,  seasoning & stock. Bake

Sprinkle with gruyere after baking.  Enjoy!
